What we run

One process, run properly

We print FDM and nothing else. That focus is the point — every setting on our machines is tuned for filament, and we can tell you honestly when your part needs something we don't do.

FDM · fused filament

The machines

Enclosed, hardened-nozzle printers running 0.4 mm standard. Abrasive filaments get their own machines so nothing cross-contaminates.

  • Build volume256 × 256 × 256 mm
  • Layer height0.12 – 0.28 mm
  • Tolerance±0.2 mm or ±0.3%
  • Min wall0.8 mm
  • Nozzle0.4 mm hardened
  • Colors per partUp to 4

Good fit

What FDM does well

Parts that have a job to do. Layer bonding is strong along the plate, so we orient every part for the load you tell us about.

When to call instead

We'd rather tell you up front than sell you a part that fails. If your job lands here, we'll say so and point you somewhere useful.

Order to doorstep

How a part gets made

Four steps, in this order, every time. You hear from a human at step two.

STEP 01

Upload and price

Drop the file above and set material, layer height and quantity. The price updates as you go.

STEP 02

We check the geometry

An engineer opens your file, checks wall thickness and manifold errors, and emails you before anything prints.

STEP 03

Print and finish

Your part goes on a machine that day. Supports come off, surfaces get whatever finish you chose.

STEP 04

Inspect and ship

Critical dimensions are measured and photographed. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment it leaves.

Before you ask

Common questions

How accurate is the instant price?

For STL and OBJ files it's the price we'll invoice, as long as the part prints as modeled. We read the actual mesh volume and bounding box in your browser, so the estimate isn't based on a guess about size. If an engineer finds a problem — unsupported overhangs, walls under the minimum, a non-manifold mesh — we email you with the fix and the revised number before printing.

What happens to my files?

Your file is measured in your browser and only leaves your machine when you send the quote. We don't share, resell or reprint customer geometry, and we delete files 90 days after a job ships unless you ask us to keep them for reorders. Mutual NDAs are signed the same day you send one.

Can you print something I don't have a model for?

Yes. Send photos, a sketch with dimensions, or the broken part itself and our design team will model it. Modeling runs $85/hour with a one-hour minimum, quoted before we start.

Do you do production runs, not just prototypes?

Regularly. We run multi-part plates for batches, and we'll hold your files and filament on a standing schedule so reorders ship in two days. Batches over 250 get quoted by hand and often come in under the calculator price.

What if the part comes out wrong?

If a part misses the ±0.2 mm tolerance or arrives damaged, we reprint it at no charge and pay the shipping. Tell us within 14 days of delivery.

How does multicolor printing work?

We print up to four colors in a single part on one machine — no gluing, no painting. Send the model split into separate bodies or a 3MF with the colors already assigned, and we'll match them to filament. If you send a plain STL, mark up a screenshot showing which face gets which color and we'll do the assignment for you.

The cost driver is purge waste: every time the machine swaps color it flushes the old filament out of the nozzle, and that happens on each layer where the colors meet. A tall part with four colors can purge more material than the part itself weighs. The quote tool above calculates this from your part height and shows it on the Color changes line, so the number you see is the real one. Available in PLA, PLA Matte and PETG.

Which file format should I send?

STL at fine or custom resolution is fine for most jobs. Send STEP if you need tight tolerances or want us to adjust the model — it keeps the real geometry instead of a triangle approximation. Include a PDF drawing whenever a dimension is critical.

Talk to a person

Not sure which filament to pick?

Describe the part and what it has to do — heat, sunlight, load, chemicals. We'll tell you the cheapest filament that will actually hold up, and say so when FDM is the wrong answer entirely.
